About This Product

Our company develops and manufactures electromagnetic pilers, etc., but based on our experience, there is a demand for large pilers that can handle non-magnetic materials such as aluminum and stainless steel, so we designed and developed an air suction type large piler that uses air suction. We are doing so. This method, developed by Piler Yamanobu, is still operating smoothly even after more than 20 years.

■Air suction type No.2 piler・This is an air suction type piler that uses air suction for the No. 2 part, which is compatible with non-magnetic materials such as aluminum and stainless steel.
・This is a No. 2 piler that adsorbs and conveys using negative air pressure.
・A blower is installed at the top of the device as a source of negative air pressure.
・The conveyor belt has special holes drilled into it, which have the most efficient shape and layout. There is a suction box on the top of the conveyor belt, and there is a slit that matches the belt suction hole.
- Therefore, in order to use the belt's suction holes efficiently, a meandering adjustment device is installed to suppress the meandering of the belt.
- In the case of the pour-in method, suction is applied only to the designated suction area, and the sheet is dropped from the non-suction area.
- In the case of the soft piling method, the sheet is suctioned and conveyed to a designated area, and at the designated point, the suction from the blower is closed with a valve, and at the same time, atmospheric air is introduced to quickly cause the sheet to fall in parallel. (Valve switching time: approx. 0.4sec)
・We can handle not only rectangular materials but also various sheet shapes such as blank materials.

■Side conveyor type No.1 piler・This is the No. 1 side conveyor type piler that places sheets on the side conveyor and drops and loads the sheets at a fixed position.
・The No. 1 piler places the sheet on the side conveyor, opens the side conveyor at the specified position, and drops the sheet onto the trolley. The fallen sheets are stamped using side guides and end stoppers, aligned, and loaded using a side conveyor system.
・When No. 1 piling is completed, the conveyor descends and the side guide and end stopper move for the next setup.

■Runout conveyor that receives sheets from upstream shearThe runout conveyor has an entrance tip that matches the shape of the shear, allowing for good sheet transfer.
