■Prevents deformation and scratches on sheet materials and allows high-speed loading
This is Japan's first electromagnetic piler that uses a multi-line conveyor. We have established a style of multi-striped narrow belts that breaks the conventional wisdom. The contact area between the product and the belt has been reduced to prevent scratches on the product and improve SPM*1. By improving the loading capacity of the piler, you can take full advantage of the capabilities of the high-speed press. ■Energy-saving next-generation piler
By using a timing belt with an iron core for the conveyor belt, the belt catenary can be set to 0 (zero) and the ability of the electromagnetic rail can be utilized to its fullest. Compared to the conventional wide single-thread belt, it is now possible to reduce the current carrying capacity of the electromagnetic magnet by approximately 60%. ■Adsorption conveyance at optimal position
Since each magnetic conveyor can be expanded or contracted, it is possible to adsorb and transport sheet materials at the optimal position. The magnetic force of the electromagnetic rail can be adjusted to be strong or weak, and the optimal magnetic force setting allows the transport sheet to fall smoothly.
■Neatly stacks sheet materials of a wide variety of shapes
The front and rear stamping devices (sheet alignment) mechanisms have an oscillating function, making it possible to neatly load sheet materials of a wide variety of shapes. We can also accommodate loading standards such as "front stopper standard" and "bogie center standard".
■Major contribution to quality
This loading pattern was made possible by a multi-row conveyor and a highly responsive magnet unit. Our unique stamping equipment also contributes to space savings. For materials that have a short feed direction, loading two piles on one truck can reduce setup time. Large sheet materials can be stacked in one pile on one trolley, and small sheet materials can be stacked in two piles on one trolley.
■Various piling modes
A variety of piling modes unique to magnetic pilers can be selected, such as single stacking and alternate stacking, which were not possible with conventional pouring methods. It is also possible to reject scraps from the tip and end of the coil at the line end.
