About This Product
■What is a destack feeder?
This is a device that feeds sheet materials that have been cut to the required size and stacked in advance to the next process one by one. The sheet material is suctioned and lifted upward by a vacuum cup, and then suctioned and conveyed to a bottom-side conveying magnetic belt feeder installed at the top, and sent to the next process.
In many cases, a multi-strip magnetic conveyor system is used, and it has become the standard for de-stacking systems.
■Available for various methods
In addition to the multi-strip magnetic conveyor system with built-in permanent magnetic rails and electromagnetic magnet rails, we are also available with skid bar systems and magnetic chain systems. When dealing with non-ferrous materials such as aluminum, the suction rail method is used.
■Optimal magnetic force setting to prevent sheet material from shifting
Magnetic conveyors feed materials according to the next process (mainly press), so AC servo motors are used to convey materials to a fixed size in most cases. Since the inching operation is repeated, if the magnet is strong, the sheet material will not shift, but the increased resistance will put more stress on the motor and may cause the sheet to deform. On the other hand, if it is too weak, it may cause the sheet material to shift or fall. It is necessary to set the optimal magnetic force according to the sheet material.
■Developed a dedicated conveyor belt
Based on our experience, we have adopted a conveyor belt that reduces the load on the drive motor and prevents misalignment of workpiece conveyance. By using a timing belt with an iron core, the belt catenary is zero, reducing the load on the drive motor. It also prevents sensor malfunctions due to belt sagging.
We will select the most suitable magnetic belt feeder according to various conditions such as the size and weight of the workpiece.
■Easy maintenance structure
The structure is designed to prevent the conveyor belt from meandering, yet allows for easy belt replacement. The front and rear pulleys of the magnetic conveyor are cantilevered to simplify maintenance.
■Productivity is increased by preventing double-sheet removal.
If the sheets are poorly separated and two sheets overlap (this is called a DB = double blank), the mold will break if they are fed into the press. It is also possible to control the system by releasing the electromagnetic magnet and immediately dropping the sheet material when a DB is detected.
