About This Product

This is a device that slightly shifts the frequencies of two lights and stably suppresses the difference between the two frequencies. This is an indispensable device for heterodyne measurements. Heterodyne measurement uses light whose frequency has been slightly shifted. This shift is performed using a frequency shifter. Stability of the light frequency is achieved using a frequency stabilization laser, but the stability of the amount of shift is determined by a frequency shifter.
