■Features

・High frequency stability - Strong against return light due to built-in isolator Stability of the "ruler" is required for high-precision measurement. The HeNe laser has become the reference laser as a gas laser with stable frequency. However, even in the free-running state (the state in which the laser is simply connected to a power source and turned on, the commercially available light-emitting state), the frequency stability is high at f/f ~ 10, but the accuracy is high, especially at 1 nm resolution. This is insufficient when measuring at . Frequency-stabilized lasers improve frequency stability and increase the reliability of high-precision measurements. A must-have item when performing high-precision optical measurements. (Solid-state lasers have the highest frequency stability, followed by gas lasers and semiconductor lasers. However, solid-state lasers are expensive, and semiconductor lasers do not offer much stability. Gas lasers are the most practical product. However, there is no stabilized laser for argon lasers, HeCd lasers, etc.)
