■Features
- Elementless filter "FILSTAR" is commercialized under the industria brand using 3-block technology originally developed by Takahashi. 3-proc pre-technology is a flow path structure that compactly integrates an ultracentrifugal block, a high sedimentation tank block, and a static sedimentation cup block.
・Ultracentrifugal block As shown in the above diagram, the fluid used is mixed with dust such as fine particles and becomes ultracentrifugal in the specially processed SUS block, and due to this action, the dust such as fine particles is removed to the outside. Clean fluid flows from the center to the OUT direction as shown below.
・High sedimentation block Separated fine particles and other debris are made to settle downward using the specially processed and surface-treated high sedimentation block shown below to prevent them from flowing further into the OUT direction shown below. This high sedimentation action maintains high-precision separation in the downward direction, allowing the dust separated with high precision by the ultracentrifugal block to escape.
・Static Sedimentation Block Separates with high precision and finally settles the fine particles and other debris that has settled. The idea is that when you drop trash into water, it slowly sinks to the bottom over time. In other words, "FILSTAR" performs this simple action instantly.
