■You can easily fine-tune the troublesome alignment.
This is a lathe chuck that allows you to align the center of the grinder in microscopic units and can easily do it manually using a wrench. Can also be used as a regular chuck. Adapter plates can be manufactured upon request by modifying standard products.
■Features
・Easy fine adjustment with adjustment wrench (0.075mm)
・Adjustment concentricity accuracy of 0.005mm
・Repeat accuracy within 0.013mm
■Lineup
Two types are available: "3-jaw" and "6-jaw" *The 6-jaw chuck is used to reduce distortion of thin-walled workpieces or to spread the gripping force more evenly.
