The precision fine-adjustment lathe chuck manufactured by Rehm, Germany, is used in various lathes, grinding machines, etc. as a necessity in precision polishing rooms, tool polishing rooms, research prototyping rooms, etc. After installing it on the machine, you can easily fine-adjust the chuck with a single wrench by removing the adapter or tapping it, without having to touch the center of the chuck.
ZG Hi-Tru lathe manual chucks are ideal for machining parts that require maximum concentricity. This can be used for general purposes, but is particularly advantageous for use with grinding machines, indexing heads, and lathes. Easy to handle. The clamped workpiece is adjusted to the desired concentricity by means of three tangentially arranged adjustment axes. The high accuracy of the chuck guarantees high-precision repeatability for all other workpieces.
