About This Product

A tool for burnishing the outer diameter of a workpiece using a lathe, etc. Easily finish the workpiece surface to a mirror finish.

■Features

・How to use is simple: attach it to a tool post such as a lathe, apply it horizontally to the workpiece in a 90° direction, align the center in the same way as a cutting tool, and then press it 0.1 to 0.2 mm with one side to process. ・The stem sinks by the spring by the amount of pressure. The amount of pressure will vary depending on the material to be processed, hardness, and required surface roughness, so please adjust it appropriately. ・Pre-processing Ry8.0~Ry10 can be super finished to Ry0.4~Ry0.8. ・Cutting speed: 220m/min ・Feed: 0.076mm−0.101mm/rev -Cutting oil: Any type of cutting oil used for machining will do.It cannot be used without cutting oil.
