About This Product

■Dedicated burr tool for cross holes and oval holes

Depending on the conditions, back deburring of cross hole angles of 30° or more is possible.

■Features

- Can be used with simple setup and programming. ・Can deburr holes where φ2mm and φ2.5mm cross. - No secondary burrs occur, and the protective disc prevents scratches on the inner surface. ・You can deburr the back side of the cross hole at angles of not only 90° but also 60°, 45°, and 30°. ・Effective for deburring hydraulic manifolds, joints, elbows, camshafts, connecting rods, and large oil extraction equipment parts. - Capable of deburring hole diameters from Φ2.

■Processing procedure

・Position the center axis of the machined hole and lower the tool to the depth near the intersection. ・Move the tool to the hole wall. ((hole diameter - tool shaft diameter) ÷2 - 0.05mm). ・Perform tool rotation and helical rotation. ☆Tool rotation speed Machining: 2000-12.000rpm (depending on the amount of overhang) Power tool: 3000-12.000rpm ☆Feed: 0.05mm-0.4mm helical rotation ・As soon as the tip of the tool reaches the intersection, the carbide cutter touches the edge and deburrs it. - Stops tool rotation when the entire surface of the cutter passes through the intersection. - Return the tool to the center of the hole and pull it out.

■Caution

・Please try several times to find good conditions. ・For manual processing, please use electric hand tools. (Air grinder is not recommended as it is too fast)
