About This Product
Manual back burr for cross holes and back chamfer processing tool Ideal for back burr of complex manifolds for aircraft. When inserting the holder into the workpiece, you can chamfer the holder by passing it through the hole while keeping it fixed and then rotating it.
■How to use
・Pull the sleeve assembly of part No. ⑤ forward with your hand or some other tool to ensure that the blade ② retracts. After passing through the hole, push ⑤ in and bring out the blade to perform chamfering.
・The rotation speed depends on the material of the workpiece, but 50 to 650 RPM is appropriate.
