・Using a bar-off tool makes it extremely easy to remove burrs and thread surfaces on the front and back sides, and especially removes troublesome burrs from cross holes and thread surfaces on the front and back sides.
・This bar-off tool was developed as a chamfering tool for mass production machining using multi-axis dedicated machines.
- Since the bar-off tool is integrated, there is no need to worry about troublesome adjustments or chips getting caught, which was a drawback of conventional deburring tools.
・The bar-off tool can be reground 2 to 5 times, and the lifespan of the cutting edge is 5,000 to 15,000 holes, depending on the work material.
- Ideal for burring and chamfering cross holes, pipes, tubes, liners, housings, flanges, etc.
