About This Product

■UV compatible PSD

In terms of specifications such as linearity, resolution, and response, it has performance that cannot be matched by competitors, and is used in many countries around the world, especially in the precision measurement field. Customized products are also available. This is a UV compatible PSD unique to Sitek. Features

■Excellent linearity, resolution, and responsiveness

±0.3% linearity (at 80% effective area), 20nm resolution, and maximum 30nsec response.

■Applicable from UV to NIR

Compatible with wavelengths from 190-1,100nm.

■SPC PSD with built-in signal processing circuit

Easy-to-handle SPC series with built-in operational amplifier circuit. Standard products available for 1-axis, 2.5mm 10mm, and 2-axis 2mm x 2mm 10mm x 10mm.

■PSD evaluation board

Analog output is possible from the connector, providing a platform that makes it easy to evaluate SPC PSD.

■High-speed signal processing system SEEPOS

16-bit A/D conversion possible, measurement of DC light and pulsed light sources from nW to mW, and Labview sample programs available. Bias voltage amplifier gain, pulse modulation, etc. can be adjusted while viewing various parameters using the original software.
