Kane, is an expert in spectroscopy, optical coherence tomography, and ultrafast laser pulse measurement, and he invented and patented the FROGSCAN, a real-time pulse width measurement device using the FROG method. This FROGSCAN can measure pulses from 450nm to 1,800nm ​​and from 12fs to tens of picoseconds. Partial replacement may be necessary depending on the wavelength and pulse width. ■FROGSCAN system, a patented technology using FROG

Mesaphotonics has invented and patented the FROGSCAN, a measuring device that uses frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG), a technology for measuring ultrashort pulses such as fs and ps. You can easily perform ultra-short pulse measurements.

■Can measure a wide wavelength range

The standard supports wavelengths from 450nm to 1,800nm, and the added function FROGScanUltra supports InGaAs detectors and can measure a wide wavelength range up to 3.4µm. The spectral resolution is also wider.

■Wide measurement time range

Pulse width can be measured over a wide range of 12fs-10ps. It also supports low repetition pulses and can perform 2Hz real-time pulse measurements. This may not be possible depending on the laser specifications.

■Small and easy setup

It is small (16cm x 30.5cm) and uses a two-photon method, making alignment very easy. Easy-to-use software is also included, making it easy to use.

■Customization possible. X-FROG system

The design of the FROG scan system can be customized to suit your needs. It can be adapted depending on the pulse to be measured.

■Easy-to-use software. Also compatible with Labview

Software is included with the product. The functions are extremely wide-ranging, allowing you to display pulse width, shape, and spectrum, specify the time domain, and freely change the display layout.
