About This Product

■Shuts off and absorbs high-power laser beams

The cone (conical shape) and ring structure inside the main body suppress return light and almost completely absorb the laser beam. The absorbed light turns into heat, so water cooling is performed depending on the situation, and HAAS's unique know-how is utilized in this water cooling mechanism. This is a product that you can use with confidence. Features

■Choose from 4 sizes

Depending on the laser output and beam diameter, you can choose from a lineup of apertures of 19, 25, 38, and 50 mm.

■Kilowatt class compatible model (water cooling) up to 20kW

The top model BD-50-K has a ring structure inside, and the beam is almost completely absorbed.

■High power compatible model (water cooling) is 2kW and supports wavelengths from 355nm to 10.6um.

BD-38-H has a structure that covers the cone, so there is no return light. Considering heat absorption rate and heat resistance, the materials used are copper for ultraviolet light and visible light, and coated brass for infrared light.

■Standard type is air-cooled 100W, water-cooled 500W

BD-25 and BD-19 are threaded and can be easily combined with HAAS parts such as attenuators.
