About This Product

■Zernike 7th order term can be corrected

Deformable phase plate (DPP) using 63 piezo elements enables up to Zernike 7th order correction. A flat wavefront with a wavefront error of less than 12nm (RMS) can be obtained. Since there is no polarization dependence, there is no diffraction loss, maximizing efficiency. It is a transmission type, can be controlled in an open loop using a unique algorithm, and is also small and lightweight, making it ideal for integration into microscope applications. Features
