About This Product

■High stability and reliability due to monolithic structure

Flexure mounts are monolithic structures cut from a single block of metal. This unique structure provides higher thermal conductivity and greater responsiveness to temperature changes than conventional mounts. Many laser manufacturers and optical equipment manufacturers use it for cavities and optical paths. Its small size makes it ideal for installation in narrow equipment. Features

■Extremely high rigidity due to monolithic structure

The special structure achieves extremely high rigidity, making it resistant to vibration and thermal changes, making it an extremely stable mount. It is ideal for areas that require particular stability, such as laser cavities, as well as for laser systems that require transportation.

■Upward operation type ideal for resonators

The upward operation makes alignment in hard-to-reach areas easier.

■Compatible with vacuum environments (made of aluminum and stainless steel)

Compatible with vacuum up to 10^-9 (Torr). Bakeout is available up to 120° for 48 hours. It can also be used in applications where outgassing is a concern.

■Precise adjustment screw

A smooth 100 TPI adjustment screw with low backlash that is precisely cut in-house is standard equipment. It also has a locking mechanism.

■A variety of sizes are available.

In addition to the basic half-inch, 1-inch, and 2-inch sizes, we also support larger 3-inch and 4-inch sizes.

■Three materials to suit your application

There are three types of flexure mounts: vacuum compatible aluminum, high rigidity non-vacuum compatible steel, and high rigidity vacuum compatible stainless steel. You can choose according to your purpose and budget.
