About This Product

Material separation, which is a problem with high fluidity concrete, can be improved without impairing fluidity. Also, by adding it, the defoaming and antifoaming properties are improved and the appearance of the product becomes more beautiful. TOKENMARKS WH-YK-17K improves the fluidity of concrete by adding 0.05~0.3% to powders such as cement and tankar, and has the effect of reducing material separation, so it is suitable for secondary concrete products. It improves work efficiency such as manufacturing and feeding ready-mixed concrete into mixer trucks, resulting in an amazing increase in workability.

■Smooth formulation management

By adding this product, it is possible to mix creamy concrete with moderate viscosity and high separation resistance. It is particularly effective against fluctuations in aggregate particle size, surface water, and outside temperature, which are problems in high-flow concrete mixing, and allows concrete with high separation resistance to be easily produced through fuzzy management.

■Improvement of liquidity

Concrete pouring workability is improved due to increased separation resistance and fluidity. It is particularly effective in material separation, which is a problem when pouring high-flow concrete, and eliminates the gravel sticking due to material separation at the bottom of the bucket, allowing it to be discharged smoothly to the end.

■Improved handling

It has a bleeding suppressing effect and is easy to finish with a trowel. It is particularly effective against settling of the finished surface, settlement cracks, and welts, which are problems in the production of high-flow concrete. This suppresses their occurrence and reduces the time required for double finishing.

■Good appearance

It has a very high ability to remove air trapped in concrete, and has a defoaming effect, giving it a beautiful appearance. It is particularly effective in manufacturing with high fluidity concrete, has excellent defoaming and defoaming properties, and enables vibration-free manufacturing.

■ Freeze-thaw resistance

Added concrete improves freeze-thaw resistance compared to blank (concrete without addition).
