About This Product

MINIFLASH is an automatic flash point tester using the MCCCFP method that can quickly measure flash points with 1mL or 2mL samples. The measurement method involves emitting a high-voltage arc onto a sample that is heated at a specified heating rate. When the sample vapor ignites, a sudden pressure rise is seen inside the sample cup, and this temperature is determined to be the flash point. There is a low temperature model MINIFLASH FP VISION and a high temperature model MINIFLASH FPH VISION. Each can be connected to an autosampler MINIFLASH FPA VISION and measured with up to 12 samples. *This is a product of Austrian Grabner Instruments. Features

■Small sample

Flash point measurements can be made with samples as small as 1mL (ASTM D6450) or 2mL (ASTM D7094). Sample preparation is easy as the sample is placed in a special sample cup and placed in the tester.

■High-speed measurement

Because the sample is small, measurements can be made in a short time. *1 Measurement: About 3 to 10 minutes

■Safety measurement

Since the sample is small and the measurement is carried out in a sealed chamber, safety can be maximized.
