The functions have evolved and the amount of information has been further enhanced. The ASC-8 series quick-equilibrium sealed automatic flash point tester is a tester that automates the quick-equilibrium sealing method (commonly known as the Seta sealing method) specified in JIS K 2265-2, and is classified as Class 2 hazardous materials under the Fire Service Act. It can be used in a wide range of fields including fire departments, fragrance companies, paint companies, petroleum distributors, contract analysis companies, etc. as a Class 4 judgment test. In addition to the rapid equilibrium method, there is a Ramp mode that periodically peeks into the test flame while raising the temperature to check for ignition, a CRM mode that tests certified reference materials, and a Custom mode that tests by changing test conditions such as heating rate. etc. are installed. Following the current model ASC-8C, a new high temperature type ASC-8H has been added to the ASC-8 series.
