About This Product

■Product overview

For 30 years now, Fuji Controls Co., Ltd. has been producing and selling low-pressure sensors that operate at a water level of about 5 cm, used to prevent empty baths from heating and to prevent oil home tanks from running out of oil. Masu. It is called a stainless steel leveler because it mainly detects the liquid level and uses a thin stainless steel film. This liquid level detection uses a lamp to notify you when it detects that the liquid level of waste liquid, water, oil, etc. stored in an invisible drum is rising, or when the liquid level of fuel oil, etc. has fallen. is. This product contains a stainless steel leveler (micro-pressure sensor), batteries, and an LED lamp, and an air tube with a weight (sensing part) is hung from a drum to measure the pressure inside the air tube when the liquid increases. It is detected by a sensor and the LED lamp flashes to notify you.

■Operating principle

Just like attaching a rubber balloon to the end of a bamboo tube and blowing into the tube to inflate the balloon, when you put a rubber membrane on one end of the pipe and insert the pipe into water, the air inside the pipe is pushed up and the rubber The membrane will swell. This bulge activates the sensor. The stainless steel leveler uses a thin stainless steel film instead of a rubber film.

■Features

- This liquid level detection has a cavity at the tip of the sensing part attached to the tip of a thin tube, so when the liquid rises and blocks the tip, the pressure inside the tube increases slightly. This pressure is detected by a stainless steel leveler and notified by a lamp. - Installation is easy as the stainless steel leveler, battery and lamp are built into the main body. ・Can also be used with non-conductive liquids such as oil. - Low current consumption due to LED blinking, continuous display time is over 500 hours.

■There are two types of liquid level detection.

If you want to know when the liquid level is rising, type A, and if you want to know when the liquid level is falling, use type B. Applications for Type A include preventing overflow of various liquid tanks, filling rice fields with water, detecting water rise in reservoirs, detecting leaks of various liquids, and detecting water that accumulates due to dew condensation. Applications of Type B include monitoring the remaining amount of fuel oil tanks and detecting water loss in underground water tanks.
