About This Product

■Summary

For sensing, the stainless steel leveler is a low pressure sensor with a stainless steel membrane. Even though the stainless steel membrane is thin, it is not breathable and does not leak, so stainless steel levelers have been used for over 30 years in home tanks for storing kerosene.

■About operation

When you connect an air tube to a low pressure switch (stainless steel leveler) and place the sensing part (weight) attached to the tip into the liquid, the air pressure inside the tube will increase depending on the depth. As the liquid level falls, the air pressure inside the tube decreases. This pressure is detected by a stainless steel leveler and the signal circuit is closed. The output signal can be used for purposes such as connecting to the NCU of an LPG central monitoring system or the oil supply sensor terminal of a boiler.

■The liquid outage detection set is the following 5-piece set.

・Low pressure sensor (stainless steel leveler) ・Air tube with sensing part (weight) 80cm (sensing part size: 10Φ×100mm) ・Signal line 1m ・Rubber cover ・Bushing (1 / 4×3 / 4)
