About This Product

■Summary

For sensing, the stainless steel leveler is a low pressure sensor with a stainless steel membrane. Even though the stainless steel membrane is thin, it is not breathable and does not leak, so stainless steel levelers have been used for over 30 years in home tanks for storing kerosene.

■About operation

When the air tube is connected to a low pressure switch (stainless steel leveler) and the sensing part (weight) attached to the tip reaches the liquid level, the inlet is blocked and the air pressure inside the tube increases. This slightly increased pressure is detected by a stainless steel leveler and the signal circuit is closed. The output signal can be checked from a remote location using an optional display and signal line, and can be used to start and stop the pump.

・Low pressure sensor (stainless steel leveler) ・Air tube with sensing part (weight) 20cm ・Signal line 1m ・Rubber cover ・Bushing (1 / 4×3 / 4)
