About This Product

This is an original nozzle exclusively for 3D printers that applies the know-how and technology of dispenser nozzles. We have a lineup with hole diameters ranging from 0.1 to 1 mm to achieve high precision molding. It ensures high fluidity and thermal conductivity, and achieves stable precision modeling. ■Internal shape allows for smooth material extrusion

The 30 degree tapered shape, which is sharper than other products, allows for smooth material extrusion. By reducing extrusion resistance, material flow rate increases and printing speed can also be expected to improve. The 1mm hole diameter nozzle, which began sales in July 2024, has a longer straight tip than before, and a rounded corner on the tapered part, in order to solve the problem of poor printing quality when printing with large diameter nozzles. . Even with large-diameter nozzles that tend to widen the discharge width, it is possible to achieve the desired discharge and achieve high-precision modeling.

■Prevents material leakage and accumulation by eliminating C-plane at joints

Eliminates unnecessary gaps between the device and the throat to prevent material accumulation and retention.

■Outer diameter dimensions aimed at achieving both “break-in” and fine area coating

Set the end surface area of ​​the difference between the inner and outer diameters of the nozzle tip to the best value. We have found external dimensions that are suitable for ironing as well as dispensing on fine details.

■Achieve targeted printing by suppressing surface roughness on the inner diameter part

We use our unique processing technology to polish the scratches and unevenness that occur during processing inside the nozzle. Suppresses surface roughness and improves material fluidity.
