■Oval nozzle (mounting components on the board) Nozzle that supports multi-point application rangeBy making the tip of the nozzle oval, it matches the chip shape (size) and shortens 2-point application to 1-point application, improving production tact.

■Slid nozzle (mounting components on the board)Multi-point application nozzle
It enables drawing coating (cross pattern), which has become mainstream in recent years, and 4-point coating with 1-point coating, making it possible to reduce costs.

■Long nozzle (LED (phosphor), CMOS)Nozzle compatible with low viscosity materials/low pressure application
This nozzle is resistant to problems such as dripping when using low viscosity paste. By using a long nozzle that utilizes piping resistance, it is now possible to control low-pressure coating below 0.1 MPa, which was previously unstable when controlling the coating of low-viscosity pastes.

■Tight nozzle (crystal oscillator)Nozzle for narrow area application
This nozzle is optimized for applications where the application area is narrow. To avoid interference with the package body, which tends to occur in narrow areas inside the device, the outer diameter of the nozzle has been reduced while keeping the inner diameter the same. The thickness of the nozzle tip, which is normally 50μ, has been made thinner to a minimum of 25μ, making it possible to apply in narrow areas with restrictions.
 
■Transfer nozzle (chip mounting)Stamp method nozzle
This nozzle changes the supply of paste material from the conventional moving type to an automatic type. Previously, it was necessary to go to the material tray for each application, but now it is possible to feed the material vertically from the syringe to the nozzle, improving takt time by omitting the movement.

■Full body nozzle (general dispensing application)High flow application nozzle
This is a nozzle with a shape that is closest to the original role of a precision nozzle. When using a typical screw-mounted nozzle, the phosphor or filler can get caught in the threaded part, which can change the properties of the material. In addition to solving changes in material properties, full-body nozzles facilitate positioning during replacement and are also effective in improving cleaning performance.
