About This Product

The automatic total nitrogen measurement device is a fully automated version of the total nitrogen measurement method using the "catalytic pyrolysis/chemiluminescence method" adopted in JIS K0102. A measurement cycle of several minutes is possible, and it can be used in a wide range of applications, from nitrogen treatment control measurement to effluent water measurement.

■Installation conditions

・Indoor installation (installed in a building as close as possible to the water sampling point, avoiding direct sunlight) ・Temperature: 2~40℃ (below 30℃, temperature control with air conditioner recommended) ・Humidity: 85%RH or less ・Vibration: General factory level ・Atmosphere: A place where there is no risk of corrosive gases (H2S / SO2 / NH3 / CL2, etc.) or sea breeze coming in directly, and where there is little dust.

・Tap water inlet: Rp1/2 (valve socket nominal diameter 13) ・Drainage outlet: Rp1 (valve socket nominal diameter 25) ・Sample intake: Rc1/8 (attached union) ・Air inlet: Φ6 (Φ4/Φ6 pipe) ・Exhaust port: Rc1/8 (Φ6/Φ8 pipe)
