About This Product

This is a device that automates the measurement of total phosphorus and total nitrogen, which are important indicators for knowing the water quality of river water or factory wastewater, based on the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS K0102 (factory wastewater testing method). This device maintains the maintainability and measurement performance of the previous model, but has been upgraded to further satisfy our customers by incorporating features such as a large LCD touch panel and TN/TP individual measurement functions. ■Features ・Measurements compliant with specified measurement methods are possible by heating at 120℃ for 30 minutes. ・Equipped with a uniquely developed autoclave tank that has excellent heat resistance, pressure resistance, and chemical resistance. ・Equipped with a unique search system that enables long-term stable measurements - Adopts negative pressure suction method for sample water collection ■Measurement range ・TP: 0~0.1mg/L to 20mg/L Arbitrary variable (up to 0~800mg/L possible with optional two-stage dilution mechanism) ・TN: Arbitrary variable from 0~2mg/L to 100mg/L (Up to 0~4000mg/L possible with optional two-stage dilution mechanism) *Setting conditions are for TN range ≦ 50×TP range. ■Repeatability (with standard solution) ・TP: 0~0.1mg/L to 10mg/L (full scale ±2%) More than 0~10mg/L, 20mg/L (full scale ±3%) More than 0~20mg/L (full scale ±5%) ・TN: 0~2mg/L to 50mg/L (full scale ±2%) More than 0~50mg/L, 100mg/L (full scale ±3%) More than 0~100mg/L (full scale ±5%) ■External input/output 1) Measured value voltage output DC0.000~1.000V within ±0.005V (non-insulated) 2) Measured value current output DC4.00~20.00mA±0.08mA (isolated) 3) Alarm contact output No-voltage a contact output (contact capacity 1A or less at 100V AC / 30V DC) (Changing to b contact…optional) 1.Concentration upper limit alarm 2.
