We have further evolved the COD automatic measuring device, which has a proven track record of high reliability and stability, and are now delivering the "COD-3100" as a new model that meets user needs. While retaining the same maintainability and measurement performance as before, the amount of cleaning water used has been reduced to approximately 1/20. ■Features ・Since measurements can be made under the same temperature conditions as the JIS method, the measured values ​​have a high correlation with the values ​​obtained by the specified measurement method. Additionally, controlling the heating temperature eliminates the need for cooling water, reducing tap water consumption to approximately 1/20 compared to conventional methods. ・The end point is detected using a constant voltage method and polarization potential difference method using twin platinum electrodes that can differentially detect redox reactions, allowing accurate end point detection at all times without being affected by the properties of the sample. - Samples are sampled by negative pressure suction from a sample water tank with a built-in filtration filter. In addition, by performing backflow cleaning using the sample and air, there is no sample remaining inside the piping, preventing dirt from adhering to it.
