About This Product

■Product overview

A spring that is tightly wound with a constant curvature over its entire length. Also called constant torque spring, constant output spring, and constant tension spring. There are two output formats as shown below.

■Tensile load output

Pull out the end of the spring to use. The output load is almost constant regardless of the length pulled out.

■Torque output

It is used by wrapping the end of the spring wrapped around the storage shaft around the output shaft in an S-shape. Output torque is almost constant regardless of rotation speed.

■General materials

Stainless steel strip (SUS301, SUS631, SUS632J1)

■Main uses

Balancers for lifting and lowering equipment such as cameras and lighting equipment, balancers for lifting air tools, opening/closing mechanisms for car cup holders, opening/closing mechanisms for automobile dashboards, retail store displays (automatic cigarette dispensers, etc.)
