About This Product

The CGB series of sensors is a system for protecting machine tools from unexpected collisions. In the event of unpredictable incidents caused by the machine spindle or turret, such as a collision of the tool holder with the workpiece, the sensor acts as a protection system. This system can be used in conjunction with a machine tool's CNC panel to prevent severe shocks and prevent downtime losses by forcing equipment to stop. Additionally, the system can be used to monitor robotic arms and operating equipment.

・Real-time monitoring of high-resolution vibration waveforms and temperature in the XYZ three-axis directions - Record and analyze data in learning mode to protect machine tools from collisions ・Stores up to 100 abnormal phenomena in built-in memory ・High-accuracy and high-speed abnormality detection with edge computer installed ・Record vibrations in real time and use AI analysis to predict equipment health status ・Detect and evaluate tool damage and tool wear using analysis software ・Easy installation, improved operability with warning light and reset function ・Improve visibility of operating status with multicolor LED indicator
