About This Product

This pyrolysis device is an organic matter processing device that does not require fuel, and it converts general industrial waste and radioactive waste generated during decontamination work into ceramics through pyrolysis, reducing the volume to 1/100 to 1/500. It is an innovative device that can reduce the amount of gas, and the exhaust gas from pyrolysis has no smoke or odor, and does not emit dioxins or radioactive substances. (Radioactive substances are sealed in ceramic)

■What is a pyrolysis device?

A pyrolysis device is an application of the ancient charcoal kiln, and it is a device that can increase the volume and weight loss rate by processing the raw organic matter beyond ashing and turning it into ceramic instead of carbonizing it. Conventional techniques have been difficult to put into practical use due to the large amount of smoke and bad odors, but this device combines an innovative exhaust treatment device that applies oxidation promotion to achieve clean exhaust and odorless exhaust.
