In combination with an XY stage, sample transport is made easy. Since it uses a self-lubricating guide, it has a structure that is resistant to dust and foreign matter.

■FeaturesAll-metal construction allows baking at ≦200℃. By using a bellows in the drive part, it can be used up to ultra-high vacuum areas. The original thick-walled pipe allows smooth support for long strokes and automation.
