Quartz crystal diaphragm vacuum gauge/quartz gauge uses a highly accurate and highly sensitive crystal vibrating piezoelectric element and an original patented pressure sensitive/insulated mechanism to achieve high accuracy from 0.1Pa to 100kPa with one head that is independent of gas type. Achieved pressure measurement.
