About This Product

■Product description

A refrigerated hazardous materials storage with a fireproof structure (patented) that can handle the specified quantity of hazardous materials from 1 to 10 times. Equipped with explosion-proof cooling air conditioning equipment exclusively for Kaneki-kun, the temperature of the equipment is set between 15°C and 25°C. Suitable for reducing the risk of storing hazardous materials in midsummer and preventing quality deterioration of hazardous materials due to high temperatures. Since the unit is manufactured in the factory, it can be installed on-site in about two days (primary side electrical work is separate), contributing to safe and secure quality control. Because outside air is introduced, the outside temperature is the same in winter. There is no heating function. Humidity setting is out of range.

■Reinforced concrete floor structure (patented)

By creating a three-dimensional slope of 1/100 towards the basin, hazardous materials that leak out can be collected into the basin without using a pit. Due to its heavy weight and low center of gravity design, it does not fall over even in strong winds or earthquakes. Striped steel plates are prone to rust, and as a result of taking into account secondary disasters caused by dangerous goods containers slipping during earthquakes, we succeeded in designing and developing a reinforced concrete floor. Patent granted on December 26, 2014.

■High insulation performance

The outer walls are filled with rock wool and the inner walls are covered with non-combustible insulation sheets to achieve high thermal insulation properties. In addition, foamed urethane is sprayed on the underside of the floor, heat-insulating coating is applied to the outside of the roof, 30-minute fireproof roof insulation is pasted on the inside of the roof, and insulation is also installed on the side door. The purpose is to block hot air from outside and cool the inside of the refrigerator efficiently.

■Special fittings

We use Kaneki-kun's original Perfect Air Tight fittings. This specification has very high airtightness, and the door handle is tightened with Gremon, so the packing part is securely crimped to improve airtightness. The frame and inside of the door are also filled with rock wool, providing a high level of insulation.

■Dedicated machine room

We selected a blower with a flameproof explosion-proof structure (d2G4) and combined it with an originally designed direct expansion coil to enable stable low-temperature storage.

■Air conditioning equipment

The outdoor unit uses a refrigerator with an output equivalent to approximately 5 horsepower, achieving high power and efficient cooling performance.
