About This Product

■Product description

Compatible with multiples of specified quantity of 1x or more and less than 10x (total of hazardous materials stored and handled). Special flammables, primary petroleum, secondary petroleum, and alcohol are often stored. There are two types: 2 tsubo and 3 tsubo, and each type tends to be selected depending on the container used to store and handle hazardous materials (gallon bottles, 1-ton cans, pails, portable cans, drums, etc.). December 2014: Obtained certification for ``Method of manufacturing floor structures for hazardous materials storage''. Our company has obtained a patent for our manufacturing method for reinforced concrete floor structures. Fire service law compliant type.

■Reinforced concrete floor structure (patented)

・By creating a three-dimensional slope of 1/100 toward the basin, leaked hazardous substances can be collected in the basin without using a pit. - Due to its heavy weight and low center of gravity design, it does not fall over even in strong winds or earthquakes. ・We succeeded in designing and developing a reinforced concrete floor after taking into account that striped steel plates are prone to rust and could cause secondary damage due to slipping of hazardous materials containers during earthquakes. Patent granted on December 26, 2014.

■Reinforced concrete fireproof tank (H220×380×380)

・This is our original reinforced concrete reservoir. The thickness is 70mm, making it fireproof. ・The opening is wide, making it easy to clean and scoop out accumulated hazardous materials.

■Specified fire prevention equipment fittings/soils with oil barrier function

・The door is self-closing and has semi-airtight specifications, so it has high airtightness and watertightness, protecting dangerous materials from various factors such as disasters. ・In anticipation of leakage of hazardous materials, the height of the stainless steel foot slide at the bottom of the door is approximately 50 mm, providing an oil barrier function to prevent hazardous materials from leaking outside the warehouse.

- Made of SUS430 with durability in mind, and finished with baking paint.

■Structure

・Column: Square steel pipe (4.5×100×100) ・Stud: Lip H (2.3×75×90×15) (Wall base/color C type steel 2.3×75×45@450) ・Girders, beams, and other main parts: (Highly corrosion-resistant plated steel material t=3.2mm) ZAM

■Floor

・Reinforced concrete t=70 trowel finish (factory cast) Fireproof structure ・Galver keystone t=0.8 base, deformed reinforcing bar D10@200, 1/100 slope towards the basin ・The building will have a fire-resistant structure as specified in Ministry of Construction Notification No. 1399 of 2000. (1 hour fire resistance)
