About This Product

■Product description

Supports multiples of 1/5 or more and less than 1 times the specified quantity. Can be installed within existing facilities (clean rooms, laboratories, factories, etc.). A must-have item for dispersing hazardous materials. Fire prevention ordinance compliant type. Knock-down type (assembly type) A small quantity storage for hazardous materials for indoor use, often storing special flammable substances, alcohol, primary petroleum, and secondary petroleum. There are two types: 1 tsubo and 2 tsubo, and each type tends to be selected depending on the container used to store and handle hazardous materials (gallon bottle, pail can, 10-ton can, portable can, kerosene can, etc.). For FPI type, on-site confirmation is required. (We will visit you to check the site.) After the site check, we will create the final drawings and provide you with a formal estimate.

■Installation conditions

1. There are cases where multiple units are installed on each floor within a building. Each municipality has a different opinion, so please check with your local fire department in advance. Example) Two buildings can be installed on the 3rd floor (A hazardous materials warehouse 0.4 times, B hazardous materials warehouse 0.3 times), but the total specified quantity must be less than 1 times. Example) Only one building can be installed in a building, regardless of whether the building has a fire-resistant structure or whether it has a fire-resistant compartment. 2.The entrance for delivery must have a minimum height of 2,050mm and width of 750mm. 3. Separate duct work on the primary side is required. Please contact your local air conditioning company. 4. Separate electrical connection work on the primary side is required. Please contact your local equipment supplier. ・Fire prevention division = A division set up for each fixed area with fire walls, fireproof floors, walls, etc. for fire prevention. ・Buildings whose main structures are fireproof, quasi-fireproof buildings ・Plot area/floor area less than 1,500m2

■1/100 slope towards the reservoir

・By creating a three-dimensional slope of 1/100 toward the basin, leaked hazardous substances can be collected in the basin without using a pit. ・Because it uses stainless steel striped steel plate, it is resistant to corrosion and highly durable.

■SUS tank (H200×370×370)

-Uses original SUS304 steel tank, which is more resistant to corrosion than general steel. - Prevents corrosion and punctures caused by solvents, moisture, etc., and prevents leakage of hazardous materials.

■Specified fire prevention equipment (door type)

The door is a self-closing specified fire prevention device.

■Inside the breaker box (100V20A)

In order to operate the equipment (lighting, duct fan) attached to the hazardous materials warehouse, it is necessary to connect the primary power supply to the breaker box (to be arranged by the customer).
