About This Product

■Product description

- Easily transport drums in and out. - Enables safe loading and unloading of heavy and dangerous drums. Supports multiples of 1/5 or more and less than 1 (total of hazardous materials stored and handled) of the specified quantity. Fire prevention ordinance compliant type. It has a built-in jib crane with an explosion-proof chain block, and is suitable for handling hazardous materials such as second class petroleum and third class petroleum in drums. There are two types: 2 tsubo and 3 tsubo, each of which can store 2 tsubo ⇒ 10 drums and 3 tsubo ⇒ 16 drums. December 2014: Obtained certification for ``Method of manufacturing floor structures for hazardous materials storage''. Our company has obtained a patent for our manufacturing method for reinforced concrete floor structures. In June 2017, acquired a "dangerous goods storage" (dangerous goods storage with jib crane). Our company has obtained a patent for a dangerous goods warehouse with a built-in jib crane. Regarding the 1 tsubo type, we do not manufacture it because it is not possible to install a jib crane due to space constraints.

■1/100 slope towards the reservoir

・By creating a three-dimensional slope of 1/100 toward the basin, leaked hazardous substances can be collected in the basin without using a pit. - Due to its heavy weight and low center of gravity design, it does not fall over even in strong winds or earthquakes. ・We succeeded in designing and developing a reinforced concrete floor after taking into account that striped steel plates are prone to rust and could cause secondary damage due to slipping of hazardous materials containers during earthquakes. Patent granted on December 26, 2014.

■Stainless steel tank (H300×350×350)

-Uses original SUS304 basin, which is more resistant to corrosion than general steel. - Prevents corrosion and punctures caused by solvents, moisture, etc., and prevents leakage of hazardous materials.

■Specified fire prevention equipment fittings/soils with oil barrier function

・The door is self-closing and has semi-airtight specifications, so it has high airtightness and watertightness, protecting dangerous materials from various factors such as disasters. ・In anticipation of leakage of hazardous materials, the height of the stainless steel foot slide at the bottom of the door is approximately 50 mm, providing an oil barrier function to prevent hazardous materials from leaking outside the warehouse.

■Original stainless steel eaves

SUS430 is used for durability, and the finish is baked on.
