■What is our developed robot hand KUMADE CUP?

This is one of the robot hand products that uses our patented swirling flow technology, KUMADE. It is characterized by the robot hand part being cup-shaped. Used for straightening semiconductor wafer warpage. Can be used regardless of weight or shape, such as solar cells and FPD panels.

■What is the swirling flow patented technology “KUMADE”?

Vortex Chuck was born from a new concept that generates high-speed swirling flow in a cylindrical chamber and uses negative pressure at the center of the swirling flow to grip the wafer in a non-contact manner. (Imagine a tornado occurring inside a cylinder chamber) Product features

■Comparison with vacuum suction

・It is possible to transport items that were difficult to transport using conventional suction. ・Unlike conventional suction, product falling due to vacuum breakage is reduced. - Capable of stably gripping and transporting with 1/360 of the stress applied to the workpiece by conventional suction.

■Advantages of discharge air

・Generates adsorption force by discharging air. ~I'm not smoking, I'm blowing~ ・Since air is discharged, there is no clogging of piping. ・It is energy-saving because it can generate strong suction power with a small flow rate.

■Cost benefits of KUMADE CUP

There is no longer any need for filter replacement or replacement of piping parts, which was previously required. The maintenance department only needs to wash the KUMADE body with water. (Cleaning using hypochlorous acid, caustic soda, etc. is also possible)
