Strong alkaline electrolyzed ionized water is electrolyzed ionized water made by mixing a small amount of salt with tap water and electrolyzing it. Negative ions quickly adsorb and decompose acidic stains such as hand grime and stickiness, lifting them away. Wipe it off with a cloth or tissue.
