About This Product

■Main features

Automatic label peeling machine for roll labels with a maximum width of 127mm. (Individual label length up to 305mm) Compatible with roll labels from various label manufacturers. Compatible with various base materials. (White PET, transparent PET*, name paper, cast coated paper, high quality paper, kraft paper, foil paper, Japanese paper, Yupo, synthetic paper, etc.) Supports free shapes such as squares, circles, and star shapes, as well as multi-column labels. . Labeling work can be done efficiently with one hand. Normal type with a transport speed of 100mm/sec. The maximum diameter of the label set bar (shaft) is 1 inch (approximately 25 mm), and the maximum diameter of the included reel (device that pinches the roll label from both sides) is 3 inches (approximately 76 mm). The roll label you are using can be set on the label set bar if the inner diameter of the roll core is 1 inch or more. Set the roll label and adjust the sensor position and presser brush using the thumbscrew. A mechanism in which when the peeled label in front is removed, the next label is sent out and peeled off. (The user gestures by picking the label towards you.) This electric label dispenser is simple and easy to use even for beginners. The release paper has an automatic wind-up mechanism to maintain a clean workplace. *Labels with a plain design on a transparent base material are not supported.
