About This Product

■Main features

Equipped with an "up counter" that adds up and displays the number each time a label is taken. Automatic label peeling machine for roll labels with a maximum width of 57mm. Compatible with roll labels from various label manufacturers. Compatible with various base materials. (White PET, transparent PET, name paper, cast coated paper, high quality paper, kraft paper, foil paper, Japanese paper, Yupo, synthetic paper, etc.) Supports free shapes such as squares, circles, and star shapes, as well as multiple rows. Labeling work can be done efficiently with one hand. Conveying speed 56mm/sec. The maximum diameter of the label set bar (shaft) is 1 inch (approximately 25 mm), and the maximum diameter of the included reel (device that pinches the roll label from both sides) is 3 inches (approximately 76 mm). The roll label you are using can be set on the label set bar if the inner diameter of the roll core is 1 inch or more. Set the roll label and adjust the sensor position and presser brush with the thumbscrew. A mechanism in which when the peeled label in front is removed, the next label is sent out and peeled off. (User gestures to pick up the label upwards) This is an electric label dispenser that is simple and easy to use even for beginners. The automatic winding mechanism keeps the work area clean for peeling paper waste. There is a hook on the back of the product, which allows it to be hung on the bar of a workbench. (Roll label outer diameter φ60 limit) The up counter is useful for managing the number of labels. *Subtraction function is not supported.
