・Protection of various semiconductor elements from overvoltage. -Protection of various equipment from induced lightning surges. - Absorbs opening/closing surges of motors, relays, etc.

■Features

- Extremely large surge current withstand capacity. (8/20 μs standard waveform twice guaranteed value is approximately twice that of the G series) ・Extremely large energy capacity. (approximately 1.5 times compared to the series) - Can be one rank smaller with the same surge current withstand capacity. ・Voltage non-linearity coefficient is large and limiting voltage is low. ・Voltage-current characteristics are symmetrical in positive and negative directions. - Fast response speed to pulses. ・There is no follow-on phenomenon. - Little change in response to repeated surges. ・Excellent temperature characteristics. ・High reliability. ・Exterior: UL94 V-0 flame retardant epoxy resin
