■Characteristics
TB6552FNG,FTG is a dual bridge driver IC for DC motor drive that uses a low ON resistance LDMOS element for the output drive transistor. Four modes can be selected using the two input signals IN1 and IN2: forward rotation/reverse rotation/short brake/stop. In addition, by adopting a PWM drive method, high thermal efficiency drive is possible.
