■Features
・Since it has a built-in bias resistor, an inverter circuit can be configured without an external resistor on the input side. (See internal circuit diagram)
・Since the bias resistor is composed of completely separate thin film resistors, positive and negative voltages can be input. Another advantage is that almost no parasitic effects occur.
・Since on/off control is possible by setting the input voltage, circuit design can be easily performed.
・Complementary: DTC013Z series
・Pb-free/RoHS compliant
