PD01F/PD10E/PD32E/CVDD Features/Applications ■PD01F ・Average particle size (μm): 1 ・Features: Ultra-fine particle PCD material, has very good impact resistance, and wear resistance is equivalent to coarse-grained materials. ・Applications: Rough and interrupted machining of aluminum alloys, general finishing machining, woodworking, cutting of wood boards, end face machining ■PD10E ・Average particle size (μm): 10 ・Features: General-purpose PCD material, excellent toughness and wear-resistant bonding, material with the best balance of workability and wear resistance. ・Applications: General finishing processing of non-ferrous metals, woodworking, cutting of wooden boards, edge processing, cemented carbide, semi-sintered ceramics, precision processing of roll forming, FRP composite carbon fiber, hard rubber, carbon processing ■PD32E ・Average particle size (μm): 2-30 ・Features: It is a mixed particle size material, the diamond powder is mixed between 30μm and 2μm, using special high pressure sintering technology, it can share superior wear resistance, toughness and cutting edge quality with PCD structure. ・Applications: Processing of high silicon aluminum, semi-sintered ceramic crystals, precision processing of roll molding, processing of aluminum composite materials (MMC), processing of sintered ceramics, processing of cemented carbide, processing of stone and rock materials ■CVDD ・Average particle size (μm):- ・Special feature: CVDD is a pure diamond material with high wear resistance.
