Overview
■Introducing new grooving tool product series
There are two series of new grooving tools: general-purpose turning inserts KTGD and profile turning inserts KRGD. The groove width for both series is 2mm-6mm. KTGD has three breakers (MM\MG\L), and KRGD has -GM breaker. Different grades of YBG225 and YB9120 are selected depending on the different worth materials and different processing conditions.
■Unique breaker design KTGD-MG
Adopts a straight-line blade structure that reduces cutting force, provides excellent sharpness, and efficiently removes chips, allowing you to achieve ideal finishing expressions. By combining with different grades, it can be applied to machining P/M/K materials and has excellent versatility.
