Overview
■Introducing new grooving tool product series
There are two series of new grooving tools: general-purpose turning inserts KTGD and profile turning inserts KRGD. The groove width for both series is 2mm-6mm. KTGD has three breakers (MM\MG\L), and KRGD has -GM breaker. Different grades of YBG225 and YB9120 are selected depending on the different worth materials and different processing conditions.
■Straight blade grooving turning insert KTGD-MM
Adopts a straight blade structure and large rake angle to effectively reduce cutting force. The unique breaker design improves chip separation and evacuation performance, resulting in better cutting performance for horizontal machining. Mainly used for medium to low feed machining of M class materials.
