About This Product

This direct display area flowmeter has a simple structure that uses a metal tapered tube and a glass tube for the indicator, making it easy to maintain. It can be used to measure the flow rate of industrial water, tap water, chemical solutions, etc. We can handle various diameters, fluids, and flow rates from one unit to suit your application.

■Features Advantages

- When used as a field indicator, no power source is required as the scale on the tapered tube is read. - Can measure any fluid such as liquid, gas, or steam. ・No need for straight pipe length before and after the flowmeter. ・Compared to differential pressure flowmeters, the flow measurement range is wider. The measurable range is generally 10 to 100% of full scale. ・Inexpensive compared to other flowmeters. ・Pressure loss is relatively small. - Since it is easy to change the material of the float and support, it is possible to manufacture products that can be used in applications that require corrosion resistance.

■Features Disadvantages

- Accuracy is not high. It will be about 2-5% of full scale. -The flow meter must be placed vertically. - Not suitable for measuring fluids containing solids. - Measuring opaque liquids is difficult. - If measurements need to be read at a remote location, the transmission type is relatively expensive.
