About This Product
A conical container is placed in a vacuum state and rotated to gently mix the raw materials while drying them using heat transfer from the jacket. The heat source can be hot water, steam, or a heating medium.
Applications: Powder and granular products for pharmaceuticals, chemicals, metals, foods, etc.
■Features of vacuum conical dryer
・As there is no stirring blade inside, it is easy to input and discharge raw materials.
・Possible to dry at low temperature under high vacuum. Prevents thermal decomposition and oxidation of raw materials
- Gentle rotational mixing allows raw materials that are sensitive to friction to be dried without losing their shape.
- Sealed structure prevents contamination of raw materials
・Fully automatic operation is possible by adopting an automatic loading/unloading device and fixed position stopping device.
・Using a capacitor makes it easy to recover the solvent
・Production with resin lining or special materials is also possible.
