About This Product
This is a unique continuous dryer with two-shaft stirring blades. Suitable for drying powdered and granular materials as well as highly viscous and adhesive materials. Drying time is shortened by heating not only the jacket but also the disc blades and shaft.
Applications: Chemicals, pigments, dyes, foods, resins, dehydrated sludge, etc.
■Characteristics of double disc dryer
・The heat transfer area is large and the installation area can be small.
・Since it is an indirect heating type, it does not contaminate raw materials.
・Dried products with uniform moisture content can be obtained.
